Terms of Use

The Hollywood Fix is a celebrity news and entertainment site. We publish articles, paparazzi videos, photos, and interviews for general information and entertainment.

We may change, pause, or stop any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the Effective Date above. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the new Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. If you use the Site for a company or organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You may read and watch the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. When using the Site, you agree not to:

• break any law, or use the Site for any illegal purpose;
• copy, download, re-upload, or republish our articles, videos, or photos except as these Terms allow;
• violate anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
• use the Site to harass, threaten, or stalk anyone, including the people featured in our content;
• post or send anything defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful;
• hack, overload, or interfere with the Site, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;
• scrape, crawl, or collect content or data from the Site with bots or other automated tools without our written permission; or
• generate fake ad clicks, impressions, or views.

The articles, videos, photos, graphics, and logos on the Site belong to The Hollywood Fix or to the people who license them to us. They are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may share links to our articles and use the share buttons on the Site. You may not copy, re-upload, edit, sell, or otherwise use our videos or photos without our written permission. This includes posting clips on social media, YouTube, or other websites, and removing or covering our watermark.

"The Hollywood Fix" name and logo are our trademarks. Other names and logos on the Site belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those owners endorse us.

To license our footage or photos, email us at the address in Section 12.

If you send us a news tip, photo, video, or any other material (a "Submission"), you confirm that:

• you created it or have the right to share it;
• it was obtained legally; and
• it does not violate anyone's rights or any law.

You keep ownership of your Submission. By sending it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, publish, and distribute it in any media, including on our partners' platforms. We may credit you if you ask us to.

We do not have to use, reply to, or keep any Submission. Do not send us anything you want to keep confidential, unless we agree to that in writing first.

Copyright (DMCA). We respect the rights of copyright owners. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to the contact in Section 12 that includes:

1. your name, address, phone number, and email;
2. a description of the copyrighted work;
3. the URL of the content you believe is infringing;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
6. your physical or electronic signature.

If we remove content in response to a notice, the person who posted it may send a counter-notice under the law. Knowingly false claims may make you liable for damages.

Other removal requests. If you appear in our content and have a privacy, safety, or accuracy concern, email us with the article URL and your reason. We review every request but may keep content that is newsworthy or lawfully published.

The Site includes embedded YouTube videos, social media posts, links to other websites, and ads from third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their own terms, such as the YouTube Terms of Service.

An ad or link on the Site does not mean we endorse what it promotes.

Our content is for entertainment and general information. Celebrity news can include reports, rumors, and opinions, and we do not guarantee that everything is complete, accurate, or up to date. We also do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, secure, or free of errors or viruses. Do not rely on our content as professional advice.

You agree to defend and hold harmless The Hollywood Fix and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We may block or limit your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have broken these Terms. Sections 3, 4, and 7 through 10 continue to apply after that.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right right away, we have not given it up. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
